PELLET SIFTER İMS-PE

It is used for abstracting and classifying all sorts of product. There are three types as pan type sifter, vibrant sifter and clinder screen.

Vibrant Sifter:

• Capacities are variable according to sifter pieces.
• Driven by vibrant motor.
• Body is hung on springs.
• It can be designed a single, double or  triple decks according to customers’ requirements.

Pan Type Sifter:

• Available crock shaped rotar with circular moving.
• Products are abstracted by centrifugal force.
• Driven by reducer motor.

Cylinder Screen:

• It provides to seperate products at required dimension and capacity.
• Cylindrical sifter is bolted to rotar so itprovides easier mounting and demouting.
• Available two outlets for dust and product.
• Brush is mounted inside the sifter to prevent screen blockage.
• Rotar is driven by reducer motor.
