Elevator

Turco elevators provide the conveyance of the grain in vertical position. The elevator system is designed for the grain and it is manufactured into account the heaviest working conditions.

In all elevator system, the column, the drive head and the tensioning unit are made of galvanizes sheet. Buckest used in the vertical conveyance of crops are standard plastic, metal of galvanized coated metal buckets that are specially produced.

Due to water-tightness feature (IP55) of the engine set on the top of the elevator system, there is no need to cover it. The motion from the engine to the reducer is supplied with V-belt pulley. The reducer is directly connected to the drive shaft. 2 monitoring covers are located on the drive head, enabling easy access and maintanence. The initial interior part is covered with rubber in order to transfer conveyed crops to the distributor without doing any harm.

Loading the grain into the silo is executed through the elevator system, screw auger, chain conveyor and similar auxiliary equipment. Turco elevator systems with buckets have the capacity ranging from 20 t/s to 600 t/s. The whole elevator system is planned for carrying out safe and easy maintenance.
